Hiring Pega – Lead System Architect!

Responsibilities of Pega Lead System Architect:

  1. Lead the design and architecture of Pega-based solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements and best practices.
  2. Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and development teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  3. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Pega developers, guiding them in Pega application design, development, and implementation.
  4. Drive innovation and continuous improvement in Pega solution architecture and design processes.
  5. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  6. Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of Pega solutions within budget and scope.
  7. Provide support and troubleshooting assistance for Pega applications in production.

Requirements:

  1. 8 to 12 years of experience in Pega system architecture, design, and development.
  2. Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) certification is highly desirable.
  3. Proficiency in Pega technologies, including PegaRULES Process Commander (PRPC), Pega Platform, and Pega Cloud.
  4. Strong knowledge of Pega application design principles, frameworks, and best practices.
  5. Experience with full lifecycle Pega implementation projects, from requirements analysis to production deployment.
  6. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  7. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  8. Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
