Hiring Pega – Senior System Architect

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with clients, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for Pega-based solutions.
2. Lead the design and architecture of Pega applications, ensuring alignment with client needs and industry best practices.
3. Develop and implement Pega application frameworks, leveraging reusable components and best practices.
4. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, helping them develop their skills in Pega development and architecture.
5. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
6. Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of Pega solutions within budget and scope.
7. Provide support and troubleshooting assistance for Pega applications in production.

Requirements:

1. 3 to 8 years of experience in Pega system architecture, design, and development.
2. Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) certification is preferred.
3. Proficiency in Pega technologies, including Pega RULES Process Commander (PRPC), Pega Platform, and Pega Cloud.
4. Strong understanding of Pega application design principles, frameworks, and best practices.
5. Experience with full lifecycle Pega implementation projects, from requirements analysis to production deployment.
6. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
7. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
