Hiring Senior Java Developer (Spring Boot, Struts, EJB)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Java Developer with 6–8 years of hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, Struts, and EJB. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring robust and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based enterprise applications using Spring Boot, Struts, and EJB.
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and other developers to define technical solutions.
• Develop and integrate RESTful and SOAP web services.
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for developed solutions.
• Support deployment and release activities.
• Mentor junior team members and share technical expertise.

Required Skills & Experience

• 6–8 years of professional experience in Java application development.
• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Struts, and Enterprise JavaBeans (EJB).
• Experience with web services (REST/SOAP) and integration frameworks.
• Proficiency in relational databases (e.g., Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Good understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Experience with build tools (Maven/Gradle) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in enterprise-scale application development and deployment.
• Exposure to microservices architecture and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Prior experience working in large, distributed teams.

Education
