About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in Scrum methodologies and Project Management practices. The ideal candidate will have a proven record of leading cross-functional teams, ensuring timely delivery, and driving successful project outcomes in an agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycle from planning to execution and delivery.
• Drive Scrum ceremonies — sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, development teams, and business units to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Monitor project performance, manage risks, and ensure timely communication of progress and challenges.
• Implement best practices in agile and project management to improve team productivity and delivery quality.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and project outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Total 8+ yrs and relevant 5+ years of experience in Project Management and Scrum.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks and software development lifecycle.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.

Certifications (Mandatory):

• PMP (Project Management Professional)
• Scrum Certification (CSM / PSM or equivalent)
