Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Pega Developer with strong exposure to the Banking domain. The candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing Pega PRPC applications for banking processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and enhance Pega applications using Pega PRPC
- Implement end-to-end solutions using Case Management, Flows, and UI
- Develop and configure Pega rules:
- Flows, Flow Actions, Activities
- Decision Tables, Decision Trees, Declare Expressions
- Work on integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP services
- Implement validations, business logic, and error handling
- Perform debugging and performance tuning using Tracer, Clipboard, and Logs
- Participate in deployment, post-production support, and defect fixes
- Collaborate with business and technical teams for requirement analysis
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Pega PRPC (8.x preferred)
- Good understanding of Banking processes (Payments, Loans, KYC, Onboarding, AML, etc.)
- Experience with Case Management and BPM
- Hands-on experience with Pega UI (Sections, Harness, Portals)
- Knowledge of Integrations (REST, SOAP, Connectors)
- Experience in RuleSets, Rule Resolution, and Security
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology
Good to Have
- Pega CSSA / CSA certification
- Experience with Core Banking integrations
- Knowledge of performance optimization and best practices
