Hiring Appian Lead Architect

• Min 5+ years of IT experience with min 2 years as Appian Architect or lead.
• Build and support applications using Appian
• Create architectural designs for lightly coupled suites of applications to individual features
• End to end technical design, development, stabilization and enhancement of Appian applications
• Create data model designs, SQL Queries and/or Stored Procedures
• Lead and participate in technical and operations reviews to learn from and share knowledge with your teammates
• Organize and track progress and maintain documentation using Document repositories
• Build and share reusable components

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements
• Work on enhancement, change request from LOB
• Collaborate and Mentor the junior resources to achieve the task
• Able to work on the task independently
• Adhere / Conduct / Participate in standard agile process
• Willing to provide support after office hours if needed
• Follow release management code deployment process to migrate the code changes

 Required Knowledge:

• Engineering degree / Degree in IT/Computer Applications
• Very Good knowledge in Software Development
• Extensive knowledge in Agile methodologies and Management tools like QC and JIRA
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Work exposure in Agile projects. Good understanding of Agile ceremonies including tools like JIRA
• Strong Communication Skills and capability to deal with business & Global counterparts independently
• Attitude to learn new technologies and working on new projects
• Flexible to handle adhoc requests / agile projects
• Appian L3 certified prefrered.
