IT Recruiter – Technical Hiring (2+ Years Experience)

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated IT Recruiter with at least 2 years of experience in technical recruitment. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of IT roles and technologies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand client requirements and role specifications for various IT positions.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other sourcing techniques.
  • Conduct initial interviews to evaluate technical and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate technical interviews and manage communication between candidates and clients.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Negotiate offers and manage onboarding processes.
  • Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in a consulting or staffing environment.
  • Good understanding of various IT technologies (e.g., Appian, Java, SQL, cloud technologies, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience using job boards (Dice, Monster, Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience recruiting for Appian, Java, or MySQL-based roles.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
