Hiring Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA)Technical Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design, development, and implementation of complex Pega solutions.
• Architect robust and scalable Pega PRPC applications including case types, data models, integrations, and UI components.
• Provide hands-on leadership to the development team, conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to Pega best practices.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
• Guide and mentor junior developers on Pega concepts and standards.
• Optimize performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive production deployments.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and estimations.

Required Skills

• 7-12 years of IT experience, with minimum 6+ years in Pega PRPC development.
• Pega CSSA certified (Certified Senior System Architect) — must have.
• Strong experience in Pega rules: activities, data transforms, flows, UI rules, declaratives, integrations (SOAP/REST), agents, decision tables, reporting, and correspondence.
• Expertise in creating reusable components, data pages, integrations, and case management features.
• Good understanding of Pega deployment, versioning, and CI/CD concepts.
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and performance tuning skills.
• Strong communication and team leadership skills.
