- Pega Lead System Architect (CLSA Certified)
- Experience Required: 8+ years (with 2+ years as a CLSA)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and architecture of complex Pega applications across large-scale enterprise environments.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, reusable, and efficient Pega solutions.
- Define application architecture, class structures, data models, integrations, and security frameworks.
- Oversee and guide development teams, ensuring adherence to Pega guardrails, best practices, and design principles.
- Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting for Pega applications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders (business, architects, QA, DevOps) to deliver end-to-end Pega solutions.
- Provide mentorship and technical leadership to junior and senior Pega developers.
- Contribute to estimation, planning, and delivery of Pega projects under Agile/SAFe frameworks.
- Ensure high-quality documentation and compliance with enterprise standards.
Required Skills
- Minimum 8 years of Pega PRPC experience, including designing end-to-end solutions.
- Pega CLSA certification (mandatory).
- Strong expertise in:
- Case Management & BPM
- Decisioning, Declarative rules, Activities
- UI/UX in Pega
- Integrations (SOAP, REST, Kafka, JMS, Web Services)
- Authentication & Authorization (SSO, OAuth, LDAP)
- Proficiency in Pega Deployment Manager, CI/CD, and DevOps pipelines.
- Solid experience in performance optimization and scalability tuning in Pega applications.
Good to Have
- Exposure to Pega Customer Service, Pega Decisioning, Pega Marketing, or Smart Claims.
- Experience with cloud deployments (Pega Cloud, AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Knowledge of Agile, SAFe, and DevOps practices.
- Prior experience in client-facing roles.
