About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled Pega Decisioning Consultant with 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in Pega Decisioning and a valid CDH certification. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in designing, developing, and implementing decision strategies on the Pega Customer Decision Hub platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, real-time decisioning solutions that enhance customer engagement and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement decision strategies and real-time decisioning solutions using Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH).
- Develop and customize Pega applications integrating decisioning components with case management and workflows.
- Collaborate with business analysts and architects to translate business requirements into scalable decisioning logic and strategies.
- Integrate Pega Decisioning with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and data sources.
- Ensure adherence to Pega best practices, guardrails, and platform standards while developing decisioning solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and troubleshooting to maintain high-quality deliverables.
- Work on performance tuning and optimization of decision strategies for real-time execution.
- Support deployment and post-deployment activities including monitoring and issue resolution.
- Stay current with the latest Pega platform versions and features, especially related to decisioning and Customer Decision Hub.
- Collaborate in Agile teams, participate in sprint ceremonies, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 2 to 4 years of experience in Pega development with a focus on Pega Decisioning and Customer Decision Hub.
- Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) certification is mandatory.
- Experience working on at least 2-3 Pega Decisioning implementation projects.
- Strong knowledge of Pega PRPC platform, case management, and decisioning components.
- Proficient in designing decision strategies, proposition management, and next-best-action frameworks.
- Experience integrating Pega with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Good understanding of data modelling, event strategies, and interaction history in Pega CDH.
- Familiarity with Pega versions 8.x and above, preferably with exposure to the latest platform updates.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders and technical teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in cloud-based Pega deployments and Pega Cloud environment.
- Knowledge of AI/ML integration with Pega Decisioning.
- Exposure to Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Domain experience in BFSI, healthcare, or retail sectors is a plus.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
