Job Description:
Religent Systems is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients and partners, initiating communication, and successfully converting leads into long-term business relationships. As a key player in our sales team, you’ll be involved in every step of the sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and research potential partners and clients within the target industry through various channels.
- Communication: Reach out to leads via phone calls, emails, and other communication platforms to introduce Religent Systems’ services, solutions, and products.
- Sales Presentation: Effectively present Religent Systems’ offerings to prospects, showcasing how our services can add value to their business.
- Lead Conversion: Work closely with potential clients to answer their questions, address objections, and close the sale.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, turning them into long-term customers.
- CRM Management: Maintain an updated CRM system with all lead activities and follow-ups to track performance and optimize sales strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies to generate new business and drive revenue growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Sales, Business Development, or related field.
- Proven 2 to 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles (preferably in technology or services industry).
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written), with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple accounts.
