Java / .NET Developer

Years of experience: 2 to 8

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for software solutions.
2. Design and develop high-quality software applications using Java or .NET technologies.
3. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code that adheres to coding standards and best practices.
4. Conduct unit testing and debugging to ensure software quality and reliability.
5. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
6. Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of software solutions within budget and scope.
7. Provide support and troubleshooting assistance for software applications in production.

Requirements:

1. 2 to 8 years of experience in Java or .NET development.
2. Proficiency in Java or .NET programming languages, frameworks, and tools.
3. Solid understanding of software development methodologies, principles, and best practices.
4. Experience with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
5. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
6. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
7. Experience with Agile development methodologies is desirable.
