Pega Administrator – 6+ Years

Job Description:

We are hiring an experienced Pega Administrator with 6+ years of hands-on experience in managing and supporting Pega PRPC applications. The candidate will be responsible for Pega environment administration, deployments, performance monitoring, and production support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer Pega PRPC applications across Development, QA, UAT, and Production environments
  • Perform Pega deployments, upgrades, patches, and hotfixes
  • Monitor application health, system performance, logs, and alerts
  • Handle production support issues and root cause analysis
  • Manage Pega access groups, roles, operators, rulesets, and security
  • Perform JVM tuning and application server configuration
  • Coordinate releases with development, QA, and infrastructure teams
  • Support DR activities, backups, and system audits

Required Skills:

  • 6+ years of experience as a Pega Administrator
  • Strong knowledge of Pega PRPC architecture
  • Experience with Linux/Unix environments
  • Hands-on experience with WebSphere / Tomcat
  • Knowledge of JVM tuning, Heap analysis, and performance optimization
  • Experience with Databases (Oracle / PostgreSQL / SQL Server)
  • Exposure to CI/CD tools and deployment automation is an advantage

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Pega Certifications: CSA / CSSA / CPDC (Preferred)
  • Experience in handling production support and on-call rotations
  • Strong communication and troubleshooting skills

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Computer Science or equivalent

Notice Period:

  • Immediate to 30 days preferred (Negotiable)
